Lead the design of education-specific monitoring tools and indicators in collaboration with the Team Lead and implementing agencies. - Develop and review curricula and facilitate focus group sessions. - Integrate best practices into verification frameworks. - Oversee the implementation of data collection protocols and provide training to field teams. - Analyze sector data to identify key trends, outcomes, and implementation challenges. - Contribute to triangulation of data with implementation partners and World Bank technical staff. - Draft and review technical components of TPM reports, ensuring clarity, relevance, and evidence-based findings. - Support quality control and validation of findings across sector teams and country contexts. - Engage in learning and adaptive practices to enhance TPM service delivery. - Provide mentoring and guidance to sector specialists and analysts.
