Conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations.
Commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
Identify and escalate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
Consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations.
Interact with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
Service-oriented person who places value on each individual guest interaction.
Insatiable desire to help and support guests and team members.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in an exciting environment.
Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities.
Ability to work full stadium events to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Some positions may require the repeated climbing of stairs.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud/very loud on event days.
This position may require work in inclement weather to include heat, cold, rain, snow.
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Pass background check and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Complete training modules within first month.
Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
