Special Event Team Leader

Part-Time Opportunity

Location: Nationwide

We're hiring a Special Event Team Leader who will act as a resource leader overseeing teams of staff operating at events and may serve as a shift lead as needed. This role involves interacting with internal staff and venue staff to ensure quality patient care and event safety. CrowdRx staff work at various locations including major sporting and concert venues and remote event sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Make recommendations to the Clinical Education Manager to improve training and QA/QI programs, including changes in study materials, technology, policies, procedures, education, and training.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating site and emergency action plans.
  • Provide exemplary patient care and customer service as a team leader.
  • Identify, evaluate, and remediate individuals not meeting performance standards.
  • Conduct field training, education, evaluation, and remediation of employees.
  • Act as an educational resource for employees and management.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing training of staff.
  • Identify risk components and take appropriate actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of activities.
  • Assess call situations to determine the best course of action.
  • Communicate site needs and supply requests daily.
  • Collaborate with partners and agencies on projects and operations.
  • Serve as scene or venue lead as needed.
  • Coach and educate team members on new and changing information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend security training and report issues.
  • Mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate team development.
  • Support affirmative action efforts in staffing, training, and promotion.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 2-3 years of field experience as an EMT, with EMS supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current EMT certification, CPR, BLS, and a valid Driver's License.
  • Effective communication skills and knowledge of protocols, policies, and safety procedures.
