Job DescriptionHomebound Special Education / General Education Teacher - Amherst, NH Start Date: ASAP | Schedule: 3 Days/Week, 1 Hour/Day | End Date: TBD Setting: In-Home Instruction | Hourly Rate: Competitive, Based on Experience Connected Health Care is seeking a qualified Special Education or General Education Teacher to provide homebound instruction for a student in Amherst, NH. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one academic support for a student unable to attend school in person. Position Details:

• Provide instruction in all core general education subjects
• Work closely with the school district and family to align with current curriculum and goals
• Track student progress, attendance, and engagement
• Instruction to take place in the student's home, 3x/week for 1 hour per session

Qualifications:

• NH teaching certification in General or Special Education (required)
• Experience with tutoring or individualized instruction preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to Amherst, NH
• Must meet district background check requirements
