Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join school-aged classrooms serving students ages 522 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an onsite role for the 20252026 school year.

Classroom Structure:

• 6 students per class

• 6:1:3.5 support ratio

• Approximately 8085% of students are on the Autism spectrum

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and IEP-based lessons

• Collaborate with support staff (paraprofessionals, therapists, case managers)

• Track student progress and update goals

• Maintain compliance with all district and state education guidelines

Requirements:

• Current Special Education certification (New York State)

• Experience with Autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred

• Ability to work onsite in a structured classroom environment
