American Traveler is seeking a Special Education Teacher for an elementary resource program serving K-5 students.

• Work within an elementary school resource specialist program
• Serve students in grades K-5 with special education needs
• Standard day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Position follows the typical school year calendar
• Provide instruction, support, and accommodations to K-5 students in the resource specialist program
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required

• Special Education teaching credential required
• License required if applicable
• Experience teaching or supporting students with special needs in an elementary setting is preferred
