Special Education Teacher - Roosevelt Charter Academy : Job Details

Seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to advance the Roosevelt Charter Academy mission and vision by providing high quality Special Education instruction and support.

Roosevelt Charter Academy (RCA) is a K - 5 school located in a traditional Colorado Springs D-11 school building with all the charms of a community school. The mission of RCA is to provide all learners with a caring, collaborative, and challenging educational environment that is wholly dedicated to continuous academic achievement and personal success. Qualifications:

• Must meet ESSA teacher requirements to include Colorado Certification.
• Special Education Endorsement/Certification required.

Compensation

• Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

• Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year (one-time sign-on bonus eligible)

• Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
• Two plan periods totaling 90 minutes per day

• Bachelor's (Required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

License/Certification:

• Colorado Educator License (Required)
