Special Education Teacher - Private School

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a successful, prestigious Manhattan private school in their search for an experienced Special Education Teacher with a specialization in Applied BehaviorAnalysis.

BACB supervision and LBA supervision are also available.

Location: Lower Manhattan

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience. Excellent benefits package included.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. This is a full-year, 12-month program.

Requirements for the Special Education Teacher:

• Minimum of a MA in Special Education or a related field
• 2 years of ABA experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years previous teaching experience in a special education setting
• NYS Certified for grades 1-6 Students with Disabilities
• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) are a plus, not a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
