Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a K-12 school setting in New Hartford, NY. This full academic year contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by addressing diverse student needs across multiple caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students unique learning requirements
• Manage and adapt lesson plans to accommodate multiple special education caseloads
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Implement behavioral interventions and IEP goals in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with a range of disabilities and educational needs in K-12 settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and diverse student needs

Location and Schedule:
