Duties Description Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources (DHR), and in consultation with the Deputy Medicaid Inspector General (DMIG) for Administration and Executive Leadership Team, the incumbent of this position is primarily tasked with providing high-level coaching for downstate supervisors and managers. The incumbent also has primary responsibility for investigating and recommending or implementing appropriate corrective actions for employee relations issues that arise in that region. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and three years of relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
Additional Comments Exempt, Full-TimeThis is an appointment to a position in the exempt jurisdictional class. As such, the incumbent of this position would serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority, but it is expected that this assignment will last at least 18-24 months. *Appointment to this position is pending Government Appointment's Office and Division of Budget approval. * *Positions located within the New York City metropolitan area, as well as Suffolk, Nassau, Rockland, and Westchester Counties, are also eligible to receive an additional $4,000 annual downstate adjustment.*Travel Expectation: 15%
