Position Summary The primary responsibilities of the SPAR Recovery Shipper are as follows:

  • Accurately and efficiently pack and ship return materials
  • Restock any used materials
  • Assist SPAR returns team by making outbound calls to retail store colleagues for the following two initiatives:
    • Initiate the timely return of medication which is no longer needed or those medications which have not been picked by patients
    • To request that the store locate and check in High Touch/ High-Cost orders.
Shipping return materials are a critical piece of the return process. They are shipped to retail stores, patients, and doctor offices. This position is essential for the effective management of SPAR orders not picked up. Any outstanding orders pose a risk of creating regulatory and financial losses to the Company. Attendance is an essential function of this position, and you must be able to lift 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipping labels and return kits for the return of medications
  • Restock any used supplies
  • Place outbound calls to retail store colleagues to initiate: a) the timely check in of high cost medication to ensure it is available for patient pick up and b) the timely return of medications which have not been picked by patients at a retail store.
  • Update data base and timely follow through for monitoring complete transactions
  • Communicate and build supportive relationships with store colleagues
Required Qualifications * Excellent Organizational skills and problem solving ability. *Detailed oriented *Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills *Six months computer skills in a Window based system *Lift up to 50lbs *Communicate effectively both written and verbally Preferred Qualifications - 6+ months customer service phone experience. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to work independently. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $27.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
