Job Title: Full-Time Housekeeper Location: McLean, VA 22102 Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour (Paid through payroll) Additional Benefits: To be discussed Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper to join a team maintaining a 14,000 sq ft private residence in McLean, VA. This is a weekday-only role focused solely on housekeeping duties in a fully staffed and well-organized household. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning, upkeep, and organization of the interior of the residence
• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate and high-end fabrics
• Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule to maintain overall cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness in pet areas (two friendly dogs in the home)
• Work collaboratively with two other housekeepers to ensure seamless service
• Maintain and manage household cleaning supplies and inventory

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional housekeeping, preferably in large or high-end homes
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Ability to work efficiently and independently while also functioning as part of a team
• Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must speak Spanish
