As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences by assisting wholesale and retail customers in finding the right Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs. You will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly, staying informed about product features, and maintaining the store's quality and presentation standards. In this position, you will be a key contributor to achieving excellent customer service and the store's sales goals.
This role includes interaction with customers, including minors, and handling cash and sensitive information. Therefore, we conduct a thorough review of criminal history to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and the community.
Your job will involve:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engaging with customers in-person and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products and services.
- Building trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to policies.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Pulling products from storage as necessary.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and arranging displays effectively.
- Keeping store equipment clean and presentable.
- Assisting with delivery truck loading/unloading and making deliveries as needed.
- Ensuring assigned areas remain well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Staying knowledgeable about available products and options.
- Adhering to inventory control measures.
- Offering suggestions for potential sales improvements.
This position is located at Store #5290, with an address of 739 State Highway 28, Suite 11, and will require travel to stores within a 30-mile radius.

Minimum Requirements:
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- You must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for work visa status.
- You should be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is necessary.
- You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You should be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Experience in selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is beneficial.
