GetInsured is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our teams. We are committed to providing a positive work environment and helping individuals find and enroll in health insurance. Our company has a large footprint in state-based marketplaces, offering innovative tools for health plan decisions and enrollment processes.

• $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
• $17.00/hr. Spanish Bilingual, plus performance incentives

• 18 years of age or older
• Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera required for training
• Full attendance for 3-week paid training
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
• Cable/Fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection required
• Not compatible with mobile internet, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi extenders

• Inbound/Outbound Calls
