A spa supervisor provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/ Fitness Center/ Spa/ Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Participate in marketing, merchandising, and programming. Conducting inventory,Recording and tracking financial statistics. Management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
