Spa Receptionist - Pyramid Global Hospitality : Job Details

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests visiting the spa. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling reservations, check-ins/outs, product sales, and general inquiries. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing. Book, confirm, modify, and cancel spa appointments using spa scheduling software. Check guests in and out of appointments efficiently and accurately. Process payments for services, packages, and retail products. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, lounge, and retail displays.
