Spa Director (Task Force)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to provide interim leadership for our luxury spa operation in Nisswa, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations and team performance
• Stabilize service delivery and elevate guest experience standards
• Collaborate with spa and resort leadership to identify strategic and creative revenue opportunities
• Ensure smooth scheduling, payroll, and HR processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• System Knowledge: Proficient in Book4Time for scheduling and guest experience management, and ADP for payroll and HR functions
• Service Expertise: Familiarity with Vichy treatments, hydrotherapy services, and halotherapy rooms, with the ability to ensure smooth and compliant operations
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, implement best practices, and drive performance in a spa or wellness setting
• Wellness Insight: A strong foundation in wellness and holistic care
