Supervise all technical, quality and business activities of the Hematology/ Urinalysis/ Coagulation department(s) to provide the highest quality testing, customer service and patient care. What Youll Do:Manage personnel to provide appropriate coverage, training and feedback. Demonstrate and maintain clinical laboratory technical knowledge. Maintain regulatory requirements. Monitor quality assurance and establishes laboratory process and procedures. Work independently to present new opportunities, solve problems, and resolve personnel challenges. Prepare and maintain fiscal budget. Work collaboratively to promote teamwork. Participate in department meetings, e-mail review and follows HIPAA, safety, and accreditation requirements. Who You Are: Associate degree in MLS/ Medical Technology preferred. Associate degree in MLS/ Medical Technology or related science, or successful completion of military training and served as a medical laboratory specialist required.
