About the Job: The Director, Patient Registration leads the operational and strategic management of patient access functions across Southern New Hampshire Health's hospital and outpatient locations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle Services, this hybrid position ensures exceptional front-end revenue cycle performance, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. The director collaborates across departmentsincluding clinical teams, IT, and financeto drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in patient registration services.

What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership and daily oversight for hospital and outpatient registration teams
• Collaborate with Access Center and clinical leaders to optimize scheduling and patient flow
• Oversee point-of-service collections, insurance eligibility, and check-in procedures
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely registration to support efficient billing
• Manage performance metrics, audit registration quality, and ensure compliance
• Develop and lead initiatives to improve processes, technologies, and staff training
• Utilize Epic to support reporting, best practices, and revenue integrity
• Lead multidisciplinary projects with clear scope, deliverables, and results

Who You Are / Requirements:

• A seasoned leader with 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/business/finance required; Master's preferred
• EPIC and CHAM certifications preferred
• Highly collaborative and analytical, with a focus on performance improvement
• Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
