Location: Based in New Jersey – remote with east coast hours preferred
As the Sourcing Media/CMI Manager, you will be responsible for developing, providing, and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, practicing formalized sourcing best practices, and abiding by standards and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives while improving the quality of the client's supplier base and optimizing performance.
In this position, you will work in close partnership with the US Sourcing, US Business Partners, CDMO Media & CMI teams, as well as the client's USA brand teams, to support key media (digital and non-digital media) initiatives. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Sourcing.

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation of WW (World Wide) + US Media/CMI Strategy for the client's USA BusinessPreparing purchasing projects, defining objectives, resources, timelines, scope, and supplier selection criteriaConsolidating & managing the client's USA Spend, Investments & InitiativesCo-owning the client's USA Media + CMI supplier relationships with internal stakeholdersOnboarding Local Agencies and consolidating NA evaluation / KPIsBenchmarking with best-in-class local market standardsManaging project-based media deals and contractsServing as the day-to-day contact for marketing teams and supporting their key projectsIdentifying YoY initiatives (savings, process improvements, etc.) and developing a roadmap for implementationSupporting key initiatives through research, information gathering, and strategic development, including providing regular spend reports across media categories and collaborating with Sourcing Teams and worldwide category teams to gather input on needs and priorities, as well as identifying opportunitiesYour Experience / Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Media, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred5+ years of experience preferably within a Sourcing/Procurement team, with expertise in strategic sourcing and category management, or at Media/CMI/Marketing AgencyYour Skills:
