Job Title: Contract Reviewer – IT Sourcing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Contract Reviewer to join our IT Sourcing team. This role focuses on supporting software renewals and managing tail spend contracts to ensure compliance, pricing accuracy, and value creation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Legal, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to streamline low-risk agreements and maintain overall contract hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Validation & Compliance

• Review supplier software quotes, renewals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure contracts include appropriate terms, conditions, and relevant references.
• Validate pricing against agreed contractual rates and entitlements.
• Collaborate with Legal to expedite review and approval of low-risk agreements.

Supplier Negotiation

• Lead negotiations on software renewals and smaller tail-spend deals to optimize commercial terms.
• Identify and escalate any significant deviations or risks to sourcing leadership.
• Maintain organized contract records by filing all executed agreements in the designated repository.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in reviewing software and professional services contracts.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and key commercial terms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and work with legal language.
• Effective negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive outcomes in small to mid-sized deals.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and document repositories.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Legal, Sourcing, and Operations teams.
