Sourcing Manager - 340B Health : Job Details

Negotiates, implements, and evaluates an assigned section of BJC's portfolio of pharmacy and lab products and services. Develops strategies for efficient and cost-effective sourcing to meet organizational requirements. Reviews and analyzes market trends, technologies, purchase history, and new equipment to identify potential improvements and impacts. Participates in best practice exchange teams and other work groups to effect change.

Collaborates with buyers, distribution, end users, vendors, and other departments to coordinate contract implementation and product conversions. Manages categories by engaging with system stakeholders to ensure internal alignment, focusing on savings generation, pricing accuracy, payables improvement, and supplier contract status.

Works cross-functionally to identify cost-effective, patient-focused products and services and coordinates their contract implementation. Experience in pharmacy and lab settings is a plus!

Requires 2-5 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
