Location: Syracuse, NY or Charlotte, NC (hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in office)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + 15% short-term incentive

Responsibilities:

• Lead third-party spend initiatives, optimizing value through strong relationships and data-driven insights.
• Drive project management discipline, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to influence business outcomes.
• Analyze contracts and data to identify opportunities for spend optimization.
• Represent Procurement department with executive leaders, maintaining effective working relationships across the organization.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in negotiation, contracting, and procurement.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on business value and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and drive timely results.
• Comfortable interfacing with executives and adapting to change.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a large financial services organization.
• Bachelor's degree required.
