As a key member of our Corporate Professional Services (CPS) Global Sourcing team, you will lead and support strategic sourcing and value delivery initiatives across various CPS sub-categories regionally and/or globally. Your role will be instrumental in shaping sourcing strategies, enabling transformation, driving commercial excellence, and building process efficiencies in partnership with stakeholders and global category teams.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or related.
Job specific requirements: 810+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with deep expertise in professional services sourcing. Experience in CPG companies and/or professional services firms; strong analytical or digital sourcing skills are a plus.
Travel requirements: Once or twice per year.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday. Hybrid Role - Office 2-3 days per week.
Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
