Sophisticated Midsize Firm Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney - LHH : Job Details

LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly known as Parker + Lynch Legal, is assisting a full-service, midsize law firm in NYC in its search for a Litigation Associate. An ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of strong complex commercial litigation experience. Experience with securities regulation and enforcement, accounting and finance, M&A and financial transactions and asset deals is preferred. Real estate litigation experience is a plus. The group also handles contract, employment, bankruptcy and intellectual property litigation. Qualifications:

3-10 years of complex commercial litigation experience

Strong academic credentials
