• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Work in close collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of quality diagnostic images
• Proficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical records system
• Commit to staying updated on advances in ultrasound imaging techniques

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
