- Help set up chairs, stands, equipment for Song Keepers events
- Assist with Song Keepers recruiting activities
- Assist Coordinator of Song Keepers with social events
- Assist in maintaining Song Keepers offices, spaces, and work stations orderly
- Assist with equipment organization, check out and return
- Instrument maintenance as appropriate
- Take initiative in doing tasks, and report weekly to Coordinator of Song Keepers
- Be organized in your music work and help keep all music areas neat
- Be a strong representative of the Song Keepers
- Assist with recruiting online, social media, artist green room, poster distribution and display
- Be enrolled and a lead participant in Song Keepers
- Help administrate and occasionally perform in Song Keepers events
