Solutions Provider- Automotive Operations - Landstar System : Job Details

Location: Hybrid Rockford, IL Schedule: Friday - Monday, 5 am - 4 pm Salary range: $18.28 - $22.86 per hour based on experience What work will you perform? As a Solutions Provider, you will work with assigned Landstar agents reviewing the processes that impact the customer experience. You will assist in identifying the best procedural practices both organizationally and locally, documenting them for corporate reference to ensure safe on-time pickup and delivery as well as claim free shipments for all automotive loads. This department aids Landstar agents, Business Capacity Owners (BC - Os) and field personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to fairly arbitrate any customer, BCO, Broker Carrier or agent conflicts. Essential Responsibilities: Monitor customer websites i.e. EDI, e. Supplier Connect, Penske, LMS (Ryder) for on-time pickup and delivery.
