This is a great opportunity to join a leader in the healthcare industry, supporting over 60,000 locations across the U.S. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers • Provide exceptional customer service for new and existing customers, addressing billing inquiries, service requests, and process improvements • Deliver product and service information to customers, identifying upselling opportunities to increase revenue • Support PSAO solution onboarding and ensure member requirements are met • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance customer experience • Share expertise, actively seek feedback, and apply it to improve processes and personal development • Maintain attentiveness to detail and adapt to changing industry requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 2-4 years of relevant experience, with Managed Care knowledge preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools • Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters and solve problems of moderate scope • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment #TMCS
