Our sales team is focused on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping prospects understand the value of Asana. Through insightful discovery and by aligning with customer outcomes, you will guide customers through ROI-based conversations. Using your demo skills, you will connect identified pain points with the value Asana brings. You'll also contribute internally by improving communication with cross-functional teams regarding your projects. Leveraging deep product knowledge and expertise in how companies decide to purchase SaaS applications, you will support the Sales team in consistently moving toward successful deals.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated cash compensation (OTE) is between $185,000 - $210,000, inclusive of base salary and variable target. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including location, market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
