As a Solutions Engineer in our Enterprise Sales team, you'll build trust with major customers by demonstrating our solutions' value. You'll drive business value, understand customer needs deeply, and showcase how ThoughtSpot's platform can meet their strategic goals. This role requires intensity in execution, with a focus on impactful presentations and POCs. Ideal candidates have a successful track record in selling technical solutions in enterprise markets, especially in AI/Agentic Solutions, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics, and are driven by innovation.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer priorities and challenges.
• Present and articulate the business value and technical capabilities of ThoughtSpot's platform.
• Deliver tailored product demos highlighting competitive advantages.
• Lead Proof of Concepts, analyzing customer data to demonstrate ROI.
• Share best practices, product updates, and insights with the team.
• Manage multiple customer engagements effectively.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams.
• Build strong relationships with customer champions and sales teams.

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling principles.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of cloud computing benefits.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
