You will serve as a market and product expert focusing on three areas of engagement: clients, sales, and product. You have a deep understanding of client workflows and the full suite of Bloomberg Industry Group solutions. You are customer facing, collaborating closely with sales, service teams, and other departments to build and execute strategies that drive revenue and retention.

What you will do:
  • Assist in qualifying opportunities to determine how a customer or prospect's critical business requirements align with their needs.
  • Serve as a solutions consultant, working with sales leadership and other leaders to demonstrate value and address organizational challenges.
  • Coordinate and participate in strategy and discovery calls; represent at conferences; provide industry and product knowledge support during the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships among internal stakeholders by providing insightful guidance, options, and implementation plans to improve productivity, competency, and revenue.
  • Coordinate efforts to innovate and improve demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Conduct business process reviews and analyze client requirements; gather, document, and discuss these requirements with clients, then present findings.
  • Collaborate with the solutions consulting team to map business and process requirements to clients, prospects, and internal teams.
You need to have:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Legal, Tax, Government, or Financial Services sectors.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and discuss key issues at various levels, from C-level to end users.
  • Experience synthesizing and presenting complex feedback to senior stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to both large and small audiences.
  • Proven success in providing pre-sales support or customer-facing consulting, with documented results.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales or consulting.
