We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to join our team and work on Low-code and no-code projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing solutions with Microsoft PowerPlatform and be a problem-solver.

• Business Analysis & Solutioning:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Partner with the resource manager to prioritize backlog, provide effort estimates, and oversee project execution.
• Technical Advisory & Oversight:
  • Serve as a bridge between business users and offshore/nearshore LCNC developers.
  • Ensure developers move beyond task execution and understand problem-solving and solutioning methodologies.
  • Stay engaged from ideation through delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication & Demos:
  • Conduct presentations and demos for C-level executives and business users.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication, particularly with Spanish and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.

• Bachelor degree in Computer science is a plus
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect background preferred
• Proven experience in LCNC development, business process automation, or Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and technical requirement translation skills
• Effective stakeholder management and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to lead solution discussions and oversee project execution.

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$130,000
