Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress.As a solutions architect at Level20, you'll have the opportunity to innovate in multiple business sectors by providing technical direction for new web and mobile-based products and services. You'll be involved from research through delivery: leading technical discussions and exploration, providing technical designs. Additionally, you'll contribute to “building the baseline” of shared code and infrastructure to promote acceleration through portability and reuse.At Level20 ( and ), Progressive's growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products and services beyond Property and Casualty Insurance. Our team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start-up.This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems) and a minimum of eight years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to effectively partner within IT and the business to lead and influence others in a team-oriented environment
• Deep subject matter expertise in distributed application architecture, encompassing design, development, deployment, maintenance, security, and compliance
• Familiarity with database, web, mobile, and cloud technologies, DevOps tools, and scaled agile techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as coaching and mentoring skills
• Previous solution architecture experience supporting build-from-scratch Application Development and experience with 3rd party vendor integrations

Compensation

• $148,000-$175,000/year depending on experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
