• Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues through requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision.
• Design architectural roadmaps for enterprise architecture (EA) aligning with enterprise strategies and analyzing Intelligence Community (IC) client requirements.
• Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts, contributing to new principles development.
• Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems with a high degree of autonomy.
• Supervise and develop first-level supervisors or managers.

• 10+ years managing software system development, focusing on modernization efforts in cloud, DevSecOps, MLOps, enterprise data, or open-source tech in DoD, federal, or commercial sectors.
• 5+ years in software development and large-scale Agile, including SAFe.
• Experience in business development, architecting enterprise systems, and aligning with government evaluation criteria.
• Experience with Offensive Cyberspace Operations or Computer Network Operations supporting USCYBERCOM or IC.
• Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM.
• Ability to supervise and lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience working directly with government clients translating goals into technical solutions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or CS.

• 5+ years experience with UNIX/Linux, including scripting.
• Experience implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices.
• Master's degree in STEM fields.

Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required, subject to security investigation.

Salary: $150,143 - $200,143 annually, based on location and experience. Additional benefits and potential sign-on/relocation allowances included.
