Go-To-Market Role (Digital and Analytics Sales in Life Sciences and Healthcare). Must have experience in one of the following areas: 1. Application Services (API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Modernization), 2. SaaS SFDC/Veeva, 3. Oracle/SAP, 4. Business Analytics (Big Data, Data Science). Must understand how digital, engineering, and analytics including AI can benefit organizations in these sectors: 1. Pharma (Commercial/Manufacturing/R&D), 2. MedTech/MedDevice, 3. Providers, 4. Payers.

HCLTech's Digital Business is an innovative organization driving Digital Transformation globally. We enable clients to achieve their digital strategies through Design, Process, Platforms, and Analytics. We seek talented Digital Solution Architects/Leads for our Go-to-Market team, responsible for presales and solutions in Life Sciences and Healthcare.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and creative solutions at the intersection of technology and business in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
  • Managing presales activities, including presentations, solution workshops, and SOW negotiations.
  • Possessing broad knowledge of digital solutions and technology stacks to guide diverse stakeholders and handle various deal sizes.
  • Elucidating client requirements and crafting innovative solutions efficiently.

    • Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting growth by engaging with new and existing clients through RFPs, bids, and transformation initiatives.
  • Offering expert advice on suitable solutions.
  • Proposing optimal engagement and commercial models.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience in enterprise client interactions in the US, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to articulate how AI and Generative AI can drive digital transformation, especially in MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • Understanding of AI applications in diagnostics, patient engagement, clinical decision support, regulatory processes, and clinical trials.
  • Experience in monitoring GenAI trends and integrating these with existing systems like LIMS and EHR.
