About the role

Solutions Consultants help both internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling's HCM Business Suite. They focus on revenue generation, delivering value-driven presentations, and enabling prospective customers to realize the benefits of Rippling. Experience in a pre-sales role with HR systems is required.

You will join a diverse team of Solutions Consulting professionals. Rippling SCs drive value for customers and ensure a top-tier buying experience. This role offers the opportunity to impact sales, product, and go-to-market strategies by working with various stakeholders and strategic customers.

What you will do
  • Partner with the Sales team to support prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
  • Understand prospects' technical requirements and communicate the business value of Rippling's HR products
  • Manage technical demonstrations and proof of concepts tailored to prospects' business objectives
  • Create, present, and maintain technical content to ensure customer success with Rippling's HR suite
  • Gather customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams
  • Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to build a best-in-class Solutions Consulting team
What you will need
  • At least 4 years of experience in a pre-sales role with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or Time and Attendance systems
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, action-oriented mindset, energized by a fast-paced environment, and motivated to build and grow
