The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-Y. Final compensation will depend on factors such as location, education, experience, and skills.

What you will do in the role:

• Drive the solution concept process, leading to winning solutions while applying our standards.
• Act as the interface between regional teams and the global standardisation team for each project.
• Collect and accurately represent customer requirements.
• Display design requirements clearly and concisely, aligned with standards.
• Use written descriptions, Dematic Concepting Engine, spreadsheets, charts, and diagrams effectively.
• Produce professional Design Reports and proposal documents.
• Create ‘MOST' calculations for staffing models and ROI analyses.
• Develop standardised equipment flow diagrams.
• Support pre-sales activities to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Provide weekly project status reports.
• Understand global supply chain practices and serve as an advisor.
• Contribute to solution development and evaluation, including ROI calculations.
• Challenge project costs and timelines to develop lean, standardised solutions.
• Represent the company professionally to customers.

What we are looking for:

• Degree/HND or equivalent in Maths, Science, Engineering, or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in operational supply chain roles with knowledge of distribution centre operations and business analytics.
• Innovative thinking and project deployment experience in automated solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English; second language is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
