The Amazon Business Solutions Consulting team is dedicated to understanding our customers' procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems to blueprint solutions that make it easier to buy on Amazon Business. The team establishes technical and functional credibility during sales cycles and provides best practices and guidance for procurement processes and system design through direct customer interactions. They also drive the evolution of Amazon Business platforms and technologies by providing feedback from the field to internal product and tech teams. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Tech teams. The ideal candidate has experience developing relationships across Procurement, Finance, and IT, with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and B2B technical and functional experience, and a proven track record of managing and troubleshooting integration projects.

This position requires office attendance in accordance with our Return-to-Office policy.

Key job responsibilities
  • Engage with large, complex customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Deeply understand customers' procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems to ensure solutions meet their goals with Amazon Business.
  • Recommend solutions to help customers adopt complex business features.
  • Identify potential risks or gaps and propose workarounds.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide status updates and insights from discovery meetings.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
  • Collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders.

Our mission is to accelerate customer success, adoption, and spend by guiding their journey with tools and services, and building confidence with insights and trusted resources. AB ProServe now supports customers throughout their lifecycle, beyond initial implementation.

    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
    • Experience selling and positioning innovative solutions to customers and market segments
    • 3+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience
    • Knowledge of procurement, P2P, and source-to-pay systems and processes
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Influencing skills at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level
    • 5+ years of ERP, eProcurement, or AP Automation experience
    • Working knowledge of Coupa, SAP, and Ariba systems
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, coordinate resources, plan, and delegate tasks
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing challenging conversations professionally
