We are looking for passionate, credible Security Sales Specialists with a drive to develop and win security sales opportunities that provide substantial customer value and support digital transformation. As a Security Sales Specialist, you will understand customer challenges, identify security opportunities, build solutions, and demonstrate them to secure technical decisions. You will lead consultative conversations and collaborate with a virtual team across Microsoft and partner ecosystems. Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Enable digital transformation, assess customer needs, and drive deal closures and business growth.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Coordinate with partners to cross-sell and up-sell solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead security discussions, share best practices, and evaluate opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence: Manage pipelines, forecast, and develop territory plans. Complete relevant training and certifications.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years in technology sales or account management, or
  • Bachelor's in IT or related field plus 2+ years in sales or management.
  • Experience with enterprise security solutions and Microsoft security products (e.g., M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel) or similar technologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • 7+ years in security sales or management in relevant industries.
    • 4+ years in solution or services sales.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Security/Compliance products.
    • Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, SC-500, AZ-900 are a plus.
    • Strong understanding of cloud security, threat protection, SIEM, identity management, and related technologies.
