Solution Architect Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for aligning the organization's offering with the client's business strategies by leveraging technical expertise and building strong relationships. The role delivers impactful presentations, highlighting the value of the organization's solutions to executive-level customers. The role mentors junior team members, initiates the creation of innovative solutions based on market insights, and conducts workshops and training to explain technical concepts. Responsibilities • Fosters deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions. • Leverages technical expertise to align the organization's offerings with the overall business strategy and goals of the client organization. • Delivers compelling presentations and engages with high-value customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization's solutions in alignment with the customers' business goals. • Leads or contributes to high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience. • Establishes and nurtures strategic partnerships with other companies, technology providers, or industry experts to enhance the organization's offerings and increase market presence. • Collaborates with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales phases, ensuring customer expectations are met. • Works closely with sales leadership to develop specialized training programs and resources for the sales team, empowering them to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers. • Drives innovation initiatives, potentially leading the creation of new products, solutions, or services based on emerging technologies and customer needs. • Acts as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth, sharing deep product and domain expertise, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
