Solution Architect - IT Team

Join our IT team as a Solution Architect, responsible for designing solutions that deliver business outcomes, align with the Enterprise Architecture vision, and contribute to our team's success in the FIA Constructor's Championship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading architecture design of new technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, security, performance, and risk management.
  • Evaluating solution options against requirements, costs, and benefits.
  • Participating in product selection processes, providing technical input and due diligence.
  • Leading solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Product Lifecycle Management transformations.
  • Owning software governance, evaluating new software against standards.
  • Presenting solution recommendations and owning subsequent actions.
  • Providing technical guidance to development teams on various solutions.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers on architectural design and best practices.
  • Maintaining standards and best practices across the organization.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
  • Understanding and capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Owning the solution through design, implementation, and transition into operation.

    • Requirements for success:

    • Experience with Azure Cloud and hybrid environments.
    • Knowledge of design patterns, UML, BPMN, and TOGAF.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
    • Technical guidance and leadership experience.
    • Knowledge of integration techniques, architecture patterns, data architecture, and analytics.
    • Proven experience in solution assessment and validation.
    • Background in software development.
    • Extensive Solution Architect experience.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in agile environments.

    This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with travel to other locations as needed.
