RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform purpose-built to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. The Solution Advisor serves as the subject matter expert in customer engagements focusing on driving platform adoption and delivering measurable customer outcomes. The role involves utilizing RegScale's technology to address complex security, risk, and compliance challenges. Responsibilities include providing post-sales onboarding assistance, leading solution workshops, configuring and demonstrating the platform, working with ecosystem partners on integrations, developing customer training, capturing customer requirements for product enhancements, assisting Customer Success with platform utilization and expansion, and providing technical responses to inquiries including support for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs. Required skills include 3-5 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in cybersecurity/GRC SaaS professional services, customer success, or related roles. Preferred skills include familiarity with Python and APIs.
