Kinetic Solar is looking for leaders at every level. We can help the most experienced reps find a platform that lets them plug in and use their closing skills right away as well as positions designed for people with no prior solar experience or even sales experience. A full, from the bottom up training is provided and continued training is available to all reps anytime.Our mission is simple – to empower people through solar education and help our customers save money on electricity with solar. • Communicate the benefits of converting to solar as well as what that process entails
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports
• Have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of solar sales by attending trainings weekly
• Have fun with weekly incentives, bonuses, and events!
