Role: Solar Sales Consultant (Subscription Solar)

Instead of costly installations and long-term contracts, they allow homeowners to access solar energy with no upfront costs, no long-term commitment, and immediate savings on their electric bill. This is not just another solar company, they are shifting the paradigm in clean energy by making it more accessible, flexible, and financially beneficial from day one.
The Role:
They are hiring Solar Sales Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities include:
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, securing 2–3 contracts daily
Enroll qualified homeowners in Terra Energy's no-cost solar subscription
Educate prospects and guide them through a simple, consultative one-call close
Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
Over time, you'll shift from knocking to closing pre-set appointments.
Compensation:
On target earnings of $120k+ annually, which includes a $40k annual base. Bonuses and uncapped potential included.. This is a 1099 contractor role.
We're looking for candidates who:
Have proven success in high-ticket remote sales
Are strong at one-call closes and consultative selling
Understand the solar or home improvement space ( but not required)
Are based in the U.S., preferably in states where Terra operates
Bilingual is a bonus, especially Spanish-speaking
Are confident, self-managed, and hungry to grow within a winning sales team
