The Solar Plant Manager provides day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight at the plant level, ensuring high standards in safety, performance, and operational culture. They lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and are accountable for creating a site culture that aligns with Origis Services' values: Safety, Accountability, and Transparency.
The Plant Manager is responsible for aligning site operations with company goals, ensuring safe and compliant practices, building team capabilities, and delivering consistent performance across all site metrics.

As the on-site leadership presence, the Solar Plant Manager consistently demonstrates high standards in safety, integrity, communication, and team development. They are the cultural and operational role model for Origis Services' principles of Safety, Accountability, and Transparency.
