Job Description :

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our solar sales efforts by identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to gather information, assess their interest in solar energy solutions, and coordinate appointments with our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Success in this role will contribute to expanding our customer base and increasing the adoption of renewable energy solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our solar products and services. Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, needs, and eligibility for solar energy solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects. Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads. Coordinate appointment details, including date, time, and location, while accommodating both customer and sales team schedules. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary additional information. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and maximize appointment attendance rates. Qualifications: Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales support roles preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and proactively follow up with leads to achieve appointment scheduling goals. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using basic computer applications. Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy technologies is advantageous but not required. Compensation: $33,600 yearly
