Job Description :

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure the successful completion of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing projects according to specifications and deadlines, while keeping the project within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management within software development and managing software projects.
    • Experience using agile methodologies in software development.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience overseeing projects through the full life cycle.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

    Skills:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

    Working Conditions:

    • Remote work with the possibility of in-office arrangements.
    • Occasional travel to meet with clients, vendors, or attend conferences and training sessions.
