Job Description :
Work closely with Tech Support on the intake of client requests Communicate feasibility, cost estimates and scheduled timelines to clients. Coordinate between clients and developers to obtain clarity around request or issues, utilizing the most appropriate communication method. Prioritize and schedule tickets for developers to work on a weekly basis. Coordinate between internal staff, as well as third parties, to work together on items that require cross-team coordination. Manage issues and risks that arise. Own client relationships and act as a necessary point of contact and escalation for said clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and scheduled calls to identify priorities, provide updates and discuss issues. Learn basic navigation and troubleshooting skills, specific to development team, for the IMS system. Other duties as assigned by management.
