Job Title: Software Implementation Specialist

Report To: Project Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Shift Time: Regular (8-5 PM CST)

Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Terms: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software products, and assisting customers in understanding how the technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software implementation, preferably healthcare EMR or ABA software, including setup, training, and managing go-live processes.
  • Providing software customer support for Level 1 and Level 2 issues.
  • Managing support ticketing and escalation processes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL database management.
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Established relationships with Healthcare providers are a plus.
